According to kingdom television, Paula Godwin of Arizona was walking her two puppies when she almost tripped over something in front of her. However, for Paula, this is a fearsome rattlesnake, about to break its leg to protect it.
Todd, Paula’s golden retriever, rushed in front of her without missing a beat to shield his mother from the bite. The snake attacked and lightly bit Todd's snout, but he protected Paula from the nasty and poisonous bite. "He jumped right in front of my feet where I was sure to get attacked". Godwin created on Facebook. “This is exactly how a hero shows up.”
Todd's face was swollen, and he was also screaming in pain; however, Paula was able to get him to the pet medical center just minutes after the attack. He was given an antidote and also asked to relax for the rest of the day while being examined. Paula is grateful to her brave dog, because things could have been much worse.
Although rattlesnake bites are rarely fatal to humans, they can be very painful, causing vision damage, breathing difficulties, and paralysis. Todd was deeply loved by his mother when he returned home, and after a short time he was back on his feet and feeling much better. While there is still a laceration on one side of the nose that will definitely take longer to heal, the swelling caused by the bite has really lessened.
Todd, I think it's safe to say, from now on, Todd will receive lots of cuddles and treatment as a boon for his bravery. Paula said: “My valuable Tod is definitely my hero. “He is doing very well. I really feel obliged to add that the man upstairs is definitely watching me as well.” Please share this message with your close friends!
